Rithwik Shetty

I’m an AI and ML engineer at Gleeds, where I lead the engineering side of R&D. I design and ship ML-based systems end to end - from architecture through deployment and scale - that solve real business problems.

I work closely with domain experts and product teams to turn ideas into reliable tools people actually use. I care about clear outcomes, strong defaults, and systems that are easy to maintain. I sit at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and systems design, which keeps my approach pragmatic, measurable, and built to last.

I studied Mechanical Engineering at BMS College of Engineering in Bangalore, and then moved into software and AI as my projects became more data-driven.

I later completed an MSc in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, focused on Artificial Intelligence. That added theory and rigor to a hands-on engineering mindset.
